2. Consultation Fees and Payments
Consultation fees are collected at the time of booking and are applied toward your first coaching session if you decide to move forward.
All other services must be paid before sessions begin unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.
3. Corporate Client Disclaimer
Corporate consulting and organizational development services offered by ILock Consulting are advisory. Recommendations are grounded in business psychology, research, and professional experience, but implementation remains the responsibility of your organization.
ILock Consulting is not responsible for hiring decisions, culture outcomes, employee conduct, leadership actions, or any operational changes made by the organization.
Your organization is responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining ethical and professional standards throughout the engagement.

Information shared during coaching or consulting sessions is private and confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
